By using our website and placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
2. Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. This does not mean your order has been accepted. Acceptance occurs when your order has been prepared or dispatched.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including availability, pricing errors, or suspected misuse.
3. Products
We specialise in balloons and related products, some of which are perishable and/or made to order.
Because balloons are delicate and can be affected by handling, temperature and environmental conditions, we cannot guarantee longevity once delivered.
Product images are for illustrative purposes. Colours and sizes may vary slightly.
4. Pricing and payment
All prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable.
Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering. We accept payment methods made available through our website.
We reserve the right to amend prices and product descriptions at any time.
5. Delivery
Delivery dates and times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.
Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.
6. Returns and refunds
Our Returns Policy forms part of these Terms and Conditions.
Pre-filled balloons are non-returnable unless faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Other non-perishable items are returnable in line with your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
7. Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when placing an order.
You must ensure someone is available to receive the delivery where required.
We are not responsible for damage caused after delivery, including improper handling, storage, or exposure to unsuitable conditions.
8. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos and designs, is the property of Jimz Ballons and may not be copied, reproduced or used without written permission.
9. Limitation of liability
We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or breach of statutory rights.
Otherwise, we will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses.
10. Governing law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
