What is the return policy?
We hope you love your balloon(s) but if you have any questions or concerns, please let us know within 24 hours of delivery. Because our balloons can't be resold, they are unfortunately non-returnable. This doesn't affect your statutory rights, for example, in times like where there is a manufacturer fault or your order is wrong. If you've placed an order but haven't received it yet, we may be able to stop the order, but if the products have already been prepared for delivery or sent, unfortunately we couldn't cancel the order.
What if I'm looking for a balloon that you don't have on your website?
No problem! We'll be happy to see if we can special order you something. Use the contact page (via 'More' in the navigation menu) and we'll look into it.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Can I pickup my item from you?
To keep costs as low as possible, we're an online-only shop and so can't offer collections. But with several different delivery options, we'll try our best to get your balloon(s) sent as quickly as possible.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
Can I pre-order for a certain date?
Most certainly! When placing your order, if you've selected local delivery, there's a box you can put your instructions or requests in and we'll make sure we deliver on or very close to your chosen date. If you've selected nationwide delivery, you'd need to liaise with the delivery company using the link you get in your email to rearrange delivery. We recommend ordering 2-3 days before you need the balloon(s) to ensure they arrive fully inflated and ready to enjoy.
How do I look after my balloon(s)?
Helium balloons are happiest when they're in a room temperature environment. It's best not to store them somewhere cold as that causes the balloon to shrink down. When you return it to a warm environment it should inflate back to normal, but prolonged exposure could cause the balloon to deflate.
What if I have an issue with my balloon(s)?
Your satisfaction is incredibly important to us. In the unlikely event that you have an issue with your balloon, please contact us as within 24 hours (maximum) so we can make it right. Visit 'More' in the website menu and select 'Contact us' and we'll get back to you ASAP.
